Did mostly what was agreed to and caulked one of my 2nd story windows that wasn't discussed, which was much appreciated. I'd have given Dan a perfect 5 if he would demonstrate that the water now flow freely in the gutters & down the spouts by using the hose for testing as we discussed. Since we didn't have anything written down, I didn't push any further. To be fair, he did assure me that the gutters / downspouts are clear and to call him if there are any problems but it would have been nice to get a more objective assurance by testing now per our discussion. read less

He showed up, measured, and listened to all my concerns and needs. He gave me a good quote and stuck to the price.

They even trimmed back my four overhanging trees and did the proper sealing on the oak as requested. Installation was completed in less than a day. They did an awesome cleanup job too, nothing left behind.

My only issues were that I ended up with my 2nd choice of roof color, I believe simply due to the quote paperwork not getting updated after I changed my mind. And that the drip edges were overlapped in such a way that the metal edges are clearly visible. read less

He arrived, ahead of schedule, and was briefed on what I needed. He then went on the roof and found 9 shingles missing, although I only found 6 on the ground, and several nails backing out. He gave me a estimate which was very competitive and replaced the shingles and nails in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone needed shingles replaced after the high winds we had a couple of days ago. McEntee Construction is a +5 in my book. read less
