Did mostly what was agreed to and caulked one of my 2nd story windows that wasn't discussed, which was much appreciated. I'd have given Dan a perfect 5 if he would demonstrate that the water now flow freely in the gutters & down the spouts by using the hose for testing as we discussed. Since we didn't have anything written down, I didn't push any further. They even trimmed back my four overhanging trees and did the proper sealing on the oak as requested. Installation was completed in less than a day. They did an awesome cleanup job too, nothing left behind.

My only issues were that I ended up with my 2nd choice of roof color, I believe simply due to the quote paperwork not getting updated after I changed my mind. And that the drip edges were overlapped in such a way that the metal edges are clearly visible. read less

He arrived, ahead of schedule, and was briefed on what I needed. He then went on the roof and found 9 shingles missing, although I only found 6 on the ground, and several nails backing out. He gave me a estimate which was very competitive and replaced the shingles and nails in a very timely manner.
